Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee applies to appointments canceled or rescheduled inside this window.
If we arrive and the property cannot be accessed or is not ready to be photographed, a fee of 25% of the booked order total (minimum $50) applies before we can reschedule. A travel fee may also apply if we are given an incorrect address.
Nothing is charged when you submit this form. Payment is collected on the day of the appointment or shortly after, and always before final deliverables are released. Your invoice is sent within 24 hours of the completed appointment. Applicable sales tax and any custom-quote items are reflected on that invoice.
Travel is included for properties within about 90 miles (roughly 2 hours) of our Philadelphia base. Beyond that, a travel fee of $1.25 per one-way mile is calculated automatically from the property address and appears on your order summary and invoice.
Exterior and aerial services may be rescheduled when weather conditions make safe operation or quality capture impractical. We will coordinate a replacement date with you, and no rescheduling fee applies in that case.
Properties over 8,000 sq ft, Full Walkthrough Videos for those properties, and video edits over 3 minutes are quoted individually. Selecting one of these is a request for a quote, not a charge — we will contact you with pricing before any work is scheduled.
Standard listing media is delivered within 48 hours of the end of the appointment. Technical files (MatterPak, CAD, BIM, and similar) follow the business-day turnaround listed with each item on the order form.
You receive the exact number of photos ordered. Please use the fields on this form to note any specific features or areas you'd like photographed. We typically skip closets, unfinished areas, storage rooms, and garage interiors unless otherwise specified.
Media Mansion retains copyright of all photos, videos, floor plans, and digital media produced, except as needed for submission to the MLS. In exchange for payment, you are granted a license to use the delivered media to market and promote the property and your real estate business.
Your delivered media includes the rights you need for property marketing — including MLS, social media, websites, print materials, and brokerage promotion — subject to these service terms. Media may not be resold, sublicensed, or used by third parties to create new media without express written consent from Media Mansion.
