Turnaround, usage rights, travel & scheduling
Most photography is delivered within 24 hours. Matterport 3D tours and floor plans are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, and full bundles within 48 hours. If you have a firm listing date, tell us when you book and we'll confirm the timeline.
Yes. Every delivery includes the rights you need to market the property: MLS listing, brokerage and agent marketing, social media, your website, email, and print. Media Mansion keeps copyright to the original media and grants you the license to use the delivered media for that property, subject to our service terms.
Yes. Your Matterport tour is delivered as a hosted link you can add to the MLS, your listing website, and emails. It works on desktop and mobile with no app to install. Ask if you also want the dollhouse view, floor plans, or still frames pulled from the scan.
Plans change. Contact us as early as you can and we'll move your shoot to the next available slot. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to offer the original time to someone else.
If the space isn't photo-ready when we arrive, we'll capture what we can and arrange a return visit for the rest. The prep checklist we send after booking explains what a photo-ready space looks like, so this rarely comes up.
Yes. Travel within about 100 miles of Philadelphia, roughly a two-hour drive, is included. Anything beyond that adds a mileage charge. Send the property address when you book and we'll confirm any travel cost before the shoot.
We email a full prep checklist as soon as your shoot is booked. The short version: clean and declutter, turn on every light, replace any dead bulbs, hide cords and trash bins, move cars off the driveway, and let us know about pets.
Interior work goes ahead in almost any conditions. Exterior photography and aerial work may be rescheduled when rain, wind, or light make safe operation or a clean capture impractical. We keep an eye on the forecast and coordinate the timing with you.
Yes. Media Mansion is fully insured, with up to $1M in general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request for your brokerage or property manager.
